The Emergency Response Centre (hereinafter – ERC, company code 188787474, registered office address P. Vileišio g. 20A, Vilnius) is the administrator of the website https://112.lt and its data controller.
ERC respects your right to privacy and the protection of personal data, and is committed to ensuring it.
This Privacy policy governs the basic principles and procedures of collection, processing and storage of personal data of website users.
ERC processes your personal data in observance of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.

ERC processes your data on its website for the following purposes and on the following grounds:
- in order to provide an opportunity to ask questions or contact ERC on other (non-emergency) matters, we process personal data provided by website visitors, including name, e-mail address, content of the sent message, IP address, date and time of sending a message;
- in order to ensure that you can use the website and to improve the operation and use of the website, we process the personal data of website visitors, which we receive, using cookies (for more information on the use of cookies, see the “Cookies” section). We process these data in the exercise of public authority functions delegated to the ERC.
PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
We shall not provide your personal data to any third parties, except in the following cases:
- having obtained your consent thereto;
- laws or other legislation oblige us to provide your personal data to third parties;
- we may provide your personal data to law enforcement authorities at their request in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
We may hand over your personal data to our selected service providers (IT system maintenance companies, website hosting companies, data storage companies, etc.). Our selected service providers process your personal data on behalf of the ERC and in accordance with instructions of the ERC.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE
When processing your personal data, we implement the necessary organizational and technical security measures to protect your personal data from accidental or unlawful disclosure or other unlawful processing.
We will store your data provided in the message to the ERC for 5 (five) years or until you withdraw your consent.
We will store your personal data collected using cookies until the cookies expire. Upon their expiry, data shall be deleted so that they cannot be recovered.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You have the following rights in accordance with the procedure established by laws:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- request correction of incorrect or inaccurate personal data;
- disagree with the processing of your personal data; in such a case, you may lose the opportunity to use the content of our website;
- require restrictions on the processing of personal data;
- withdraw your consent to using cookies.
